Okay my turn...
Originally from Denver, I enlisted in the Army at 20 to both get away from the druggies and for something different. Basic at Ft Knox followed by a year at Redstone Arsenal. Got sent to Germany and a three year hitch turned into a career. Stayed in Germany for almost 6 years made E6 and got sent to the People's Republic of Boulder for my good behavior and to finish my degree. As a (choke, cough!) officer I was stationed at Ft Bragg, Ft Campbell and Ft Irwin (and lots of little side trips to hot places as well). I retired in '95. Back in Denver wishin I wasn't (rather still be in...)
